Format:
3 day, 54 hole stroke play event. (27 hole stroke play event for 11 and under)

Age Divisions:
6-8 Coed, 9-11 Coed, 12-13 Boys, 12-14 Girls, 14-15 Boys, 15-18 Girls, 16-18 Boys

Entry Fee:

$150.00

Caddies:
Caddies will be allowed at this event for all age divisions.

Caddies may either walk and carry a players bag or they can rent a cart. However, the player must walk.

Awards:
Awards will be given to the top 5 players in age divisions with 15 or more players. If an age division has less than 15 players, the top 3 will be awarded.

Tournament Field:
Tournament is limited to the first 104 players signed up on or before June 13th.

Tournament Rules:
All play will be governed by USGA rules.

Stroke Limit:
the UIL 9 stroke limit will be enforced for the following age divisions: 6-8 Coed, 9-11 Coed, 12-13 Boys, 12-14 Girls, 14-15 Boys.

For the 15-18 Girls and 16-18 Boys divisions, no stroke limit will be enforced. We will be playing it this way in order to get the oldest age divisions ranked through Junior Golf Scoreboard.

Yardage Measuring Devices:
Range Finders will be permitted, however they must only measure DISTANCE not slope. We will only allow range finders you must look through. Sky caddies will not be allowed.

Pace of Play:
With a large tournament field, we will do our best to maintain a quick pace of play. USGA standards will be used and enforced to monitor pace.

Any questions on rulings can be answered by the Tournament/Rules Committee ONLY. Parents, spectators and caddies are asked to refrain from making rules decisions. If a caddy or spectator makes a wrong ruling, the player could get disqualified.

Dress Code:
The WTJCT dress code will be enforced. All players must wear collared shirts or golf mocks. Boys must wear nice shorts or slacks and girls must make sure skorts and shorts are appropriate lengths.

Open Tournament:
This tournament is open to all junior golfers. You do not have to be a member of the WTJCT in order to play.

WTJCT Members:
If you are a member of the WTJCT before the start of the tournament, you will receive double points and a win will count as 2 wins towards the 2011 Tour Championship.

If you join the WTJCT after the tournament has completed, you will not receive these benefits.

Inclement Weather:
Once the tournament has began, no refunds will be issued due to the commitments to golf courses. Since this is a Junior Golf Scoreboard Ranked Tournament, we will do what we can to complete the round.

Refunds, Cancellations and No-Shows:
If a player has pre-paid for the event and cancels AT LEAST 24 hours in advance, we will issue a refund. However, a $7.00 processing fee will be assessed.

If a player no-shows to the event and has pre-paid, no refund will be issued.
