Tour Membership Information
Summer Series Membership:
Players must be a member to play in the 2012 Summer Series events.
Early Bird Membership:
Early Bird Membership ended on January 15th, 2012.
Fee: $40
What it is:
If a player registers for 2012 Membership in between the specified dates they will receive the Early Bird Special!
The Early Bird Member registration dates will be:
January 1-15, 2012
Early Bird Special means that players will still pay the regular membership price and receive the membership gifts and benefits, but will also receive 2 tournaments at the price of $10 instead of the regular $20, a savings of $20!
When to use the Early Bird Special:
Early Bird Special may be used for any regular, single day event for the 2012 Summer Series.
Early Bird Special may not be used for the following events:
West Texas Junior Open
Snyder Shoot Out
Partnership Tournament
Tour Championship
How to sign up for events using the Early Bird Special:
To register, players just sign up at least the day before the event using the Regular Registration Form. (We do not allow walk-ups to use the Early Bird Special). Players may NOT pre-pay for the Early Bird Special, they must pay at the event.
Our database keeps track of the events that you use the Early Bird Special at so when you use the regular registration form, you do not have to state if you are using the Special.
Please note that if a player registers for an event using the Early Bird Special and proceeds to no show to the event, the Early Bird fee will be lost.
Regular Summer Membership:
Regular Summer Membership will begin January 16th, 2012.

Fee: $40
In joining the WTJCT, players will receive a membership gift as well as the opportunity to play and compete for points and earn a spot in the 2012 WTJCT Tour Championship.
Players will earn points for each event they compete in. At the end of the summer season, the top 15 point earners in each age division will receive an invitation to the 2012 Tour Championship. If a player wins 3 or more events, he/she automatically wins an exemption into the Championship.
The Point System:
1st: 20 points
2nd: 15 points
3rd: 10 points
4th: 8 points
5th: 7 points
6th-10th: 6 points
11th-15th: 5 points
16th-20th: 4 points
21st-25th: 3 points
26th-30th: 2 points
31st and beyond: 1 point
2 Event Rule:
For players that are only looking to play 1 or 2 of their area events, we allow the membership fee to be waived. However, if a third tournament is played the membership fee MUST be paid. No exceptions.
Fall Series Membership:
Players do not have to be a member to play in the Fall Series Events.
