Tournament Information:
Walking/Pull Carts:
Players are required to walk and carry their own bags or use a pull cart. The only exception to this rule is for the 6-8 Coed age division, who are allowed a caddie.

Parents and Spectators:
Parents and spectators are allowed to coach/motivate/encourage their players in-between holes ONLY. While the player is playing the hole, they are on their own.

Caddies:
Caddies are not allowed for any age division except the 6-8 Coed.

Stroke Limit:
The UIL 9 stroke limit is enforced at every event.

Sky Caddies and Range Finders:
Effective as of January 1st, 2012, we will allow the use of yardage measuring devices. Range finders must ONLY measure yardage. We will not permit the use of devices that measure slope and any other measurements.

Cell Phones/Electronic Devices:
Players must NOT use cell phones or any other electronic devices in the duration of an event.

Rules:
All events are governed by USGA rules. Players need to have at least a general understanding of the rules of golf when they play in an event. Because we are limited in monitoring ALL play during an event, it is a players responsibility to know their rules. As we always say, when in doubt play two balls (rule 3-3) and ask the tournament staff when possible.

Ties:
In the event of a tie (for the top 3 places), we will try our best to get players on the golf course for a sudden death playoff. If time or availability of the golf course does not allow it, there will be a scorecard playoff starting on the number 1 handicap hole.

Rules Decisions/Rules Committees:
Parents/spectators are NOT responsible for making rule decisions and should refrain from doing so. If there is ever a rules issue that arises in a round and the players are unsure of what to do, they need to play under rule 3-3. We do this to eliminate the problem of a parent/spectator issuing a wrong ruling that could actually cost the players score in the end.

Scorecards:
Players will trade scorecards with their group at the start of the round. Players are ONLY responsible for the hole by hole score. We strongly recommend checking your hole by hole scores with your playing partners before signing and turning in. Two signatures are required on the scorecard before turning in (the player and the person who kept the players score).
6-8/9-11 Divisions:
We ask that parents/spectators help with the scoring and scorecards in these divisions. The player must keep the score, but parents/spectators may help them double check scores at the end of the round.
12+ Divisions:
Ages 12 and up are not allowed assistance with scorecards from parents or spectators. If there is ever any questions with a scorecard in these divisions or if a player is unsure on what to do, the problem needs to be brought to the tournament staff and it will be handled from there.

Dress Code:
Jeans will be allowed during the Fall Series since the weather is cooler. However, we will not accept extremely baggy or extremely tight denim.

Collared golf shirts or golf mocks are still a requirement.

We also strongly recommend players to be fully equipped with the essential cold gear since the weather can be sporadic in the fall months. These include, but not limited to, the following:

-Gloves, beanies, ear muffs/warmers, wind/cold/rain gear, pullovers, under armour, hand warmers.

Inclement Weather:
Our policy is that we will get in as many holes as possible to score. Once the tournament has started, no refunds will be issued due to commitments to golf courses.

If the tournament gets cancelled due to weather, we will notify the players before the event if possible. If the event gets rescheduled, players entry will carry over to the new date. If the player wishes not to play on the new date, their entry will be refunded or credited to another event.

Registration:
Registration forms can be found under the 2011 Registration Tab.

How to register:
- Regular Registration Form (use this if you are paying at the event)
- Pre-Pay Registration Form (use this if you are paying in advance with a debit/credit card)
- Phone Registration (Player can call tournament directors and register)

Paying Online:
When players register online, a confirmation email will be sent within 2 hours of registering. If you do not receive a confirmation email from PayPal, then the payment did not go through. If you ever experience any problems with PayPal, please email or call us.

Paying at the Event:
We do not accept debit/credit cards at the tournament site, only cash or check.

Walk Ups:
Walk ups are always welcome to any events. Remember, if the event is tee-times, always make sure you walk up at least 30 minutes before the first tee-time in order for us to get you in a time.

Tee-Times:
The Fall Series vary between shot gun starts and tee-times. If the event is tee-times, we will have the times posted on the website no later than the day before. It is the players responsibility to check their time and arrive on time accordingly.

Awards:
Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 places in all age groups that have 3 or more players participating in that age group.
